problem:
I submitted the log-in form with my email address and my password, but then received the message "Your authentication failed." What happened?
solution:
1.) Try to log-in again. Check that you typed in your correct email address. This is your "at-work" email that you entered when you set up your website account. Also, check that you typed in your correct password. Use your complete email address, for example; someone@agency.com. The email address and password are NOT case sensitive, password, PASSWORD, pAsSwOrD would all work. Forgot your password?
2.) You have set up website account, haven't you? Even if your company is already a client of The Mouse Pad, you still need to set up a new web site user account to get your password and access to the site. Click here to set up a new account. Note though that the web site will not let you set up another account if you already have one.
problem:
I checked the box that say, "Remember me." but every time I go to the web site, I have to log in again.
solution:
1.) For some reason, our authentication system was unable to find the cookies used to log you in to The Mouse Pad's client extranet. Check your browser's settings and make sure that cookies are enabled. If you continue to have trouble, please fill out the error report below to let us know about the problem.
2.) Some older browsers might not recognize cookies. You should be using a version 4 or greater of either Microsoft Internet Explorer (recommended), or Netscape Navigator. Click here to download the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer.
