New IS Services
HelpDesk Online is DART Information
Systems' newly developed automated "Service Request" submission
application. This system was designed to offer a timely and
efficient means for DART employees to request services from IS
Staff, as well as providing users with several "self-help"
opportunities with regards to questions relating to DART In-house
Training, IS
Resources and Services, and
available DART
application documentation.
HelpDesk Online takes full advantages of the
resources available on the Internet. Although the is system is an
Intranet application (meaning available only to DART employees),
various links are available to sites providing information relating
to the software currently in use at DART: Lotus
SmartSuite97, Crystal Reports, GroupWise,
etc.
Photo Library
Here are some DART photographs that can
be used on web pages and the like. To save the image to your hard
drive, right click (on the PC) or click and hold (on the Mac) and a
popup will give you the option of "Save Image As...". This
clip-photo library will grow as more images are scanned in. |
AGENCY
includes the Library of on-line documentation and forms, policies
and procedures, fact-sheets about DART, information about the Board
of Directors and an agency-wide calendar.
EMPLOYEES
will find links to helpful information about standards and
practices, benefits, work safety, and current bulletins.
CUSTOMERS
focuses on our performance measurements and indicators.
STAKEHOLDERS
contains links to information, announcements, and events in our
stakeholder cities.
