Transit Finance Learning Exchange 1998 The Transit Finance Learning Exchange is a consortium of transit agencies committed to continuously improving transit finance leadership, development, and training practices; and to evolve the finance function into a value-added business partner. In addition T-FLEx will enable transit agencies to easily share and exchange best business practices, training materials, instructors, and uniform purchasing specifications.

 Transit Finance Learning Exchange 2009 TFLEx now using a public website for information about the consortium, and all of the members only section is now using a Microsoft Sharepoint portal.  The Sharepoint portal contains: membership directory, forums, annoucments, event calendar, document library, surveys and benchmarks, workshop agendas and packets.
